His days are a mix of strategic planning, business performance monitoring, and being the external face of the company—whether that’s at speaking engagements, collaborating with stakeholders, or supporting charitable initiatives.

Beyond the boardroom, Dave finds balance by walking his dog and tackling the hills of the Peak District on his e-bike (which he insists is not cheating!).
