Performance Co
No two sessions look the same. Coach clients, lead group classes and adapt plans in real time as a Performance Coach at ROVA Health in Dublin.
Two brands. One team. ROVA Health is what happens when two established names in health and wellbeing stop running in parallel and start moving together. Built on over a century of Westfield Health Group heritage and driven by the belief that the way people live, work, and recover has fundamentally changed; we exist to do something about it. This is a platform with purpose, built by people who care about getting it right. If you're joining us, you're not just starting a new job. You're helping navigate what comes next.
PERFORMANCE COACH
No two sessions look the same for a Performance Coach. One moment you're guiding a client through a personal breakthrough, the next you're rebuilding a programme that's stopped working, or leading a group class that shifts the whole room's energy. That's the job: instructing, motivating and adapting in real time, so the people in front of you keep moving forward, even when life doesn't make it easy. As part of ROVA Health, you'll deliver 1-2-1 coaching, assessments and reviews built around the client in front of you, not a script.
You'll work in a state of the art corporate facility for a global technology leader whose products are used by billions of people every day. You'll read the room, adjust the plan, and show up with the same energy on day two hundred as day one.Good enough isn’t something you’re comfortable with. Neither are we.
