About the role:

Westfield Health at Google Dublin Headquarters are currently advertising for a vacancy on their team for a permanent Pool Lifeguard & Swim Coach position on a full time basis within a Large Corporate Entity. The role will report directly to the full time Pool Supervisor and on-site Manager.

Your responsibilities:

· Maintaining a safe and welcoming pool environment

· Ensuring all users can enjoy the facilities confidently and safely

· Delivering swim coaching sessions

· Supporting aqua aerobics classes

· Assisting with the smooth running of all pool activities

What you’ll bring:

· Flexible to working arrangements

· Hold a Swim teacher I and II award

· Ability to swim and teach all four strokes

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Excellent teamwork skills with an eagerness to progress with the Academy Pool/lifeguard certification and First Aid

· RLSS / Irish Water Safety Lifeguard Certification (Must be in date)

· CPR / FIrst Aid (In date)

· Aqua Aerobics experience

· G-suite experience and competent - drive, docs, sheets

· Strong communication skills both written and verbal

· Exceptional Customer service skills with a proven track record

· Salary dependent on experience
