About the role:

High Five Health Promotion are proudly collaborating with an innovative corporation that find solutions to global challenges from their head office in Bergen op Zoom. Our Physiotherapists are a vital part of our operational team, promoting vitality, relaxation and physical health benefits to our clients’ on-site employees. We are currently looking for Full Time, Part time and Back-up Physiotherapists.

Your responsibilities:

• Be easily accessible and available to employees of our client at an early stage of tension-related complaints.

• Deliver physiotherapy, supervise workplace examinations, physical reintegration processes and ergonomics training (training provided).

• Keep up to date on workplace related ailments and methods of prevention.

• Use your specialist knowledge to contribute ideas, working with the on-site team and collaborating with key stakeholders such as occupational physicians to make improvements.

• Identify common physical or psychosocial issues, providing advice in the context of sustainable employability and absence prevention.

What you’ll bring:

• Bachelor of Physiotherapy.

• BIG-registered.

• Proficiency in the Dutch and English language, orally and in writing.

• Proven physiotherapeutic knowledge and skills.

• Knowledge of work-related complaints and ergonomics.

• Be able to communicate with customers and key stakeholders on your own initiative.

• Recognise common complaints with the confidence to raise them with stakeholders.

• Being able to think strategically about growth and improvement.
