Job Title: Physiotherapist

Location: Ingelheim, Germany

About the role:

High Five is pleased to partner with Boehringer to create active spaces and well-being services for thousands of employees in Germany. Our physiotherapists work together with our client's employees to improve and prevent physical complaints in the professional environment.

Your responsibilities:

• Ability to build relationships with customers and identify their needs

• Be easily accessible and flexible for the employees of our corporate customers

• Carrying out workplace examinations, reintegration processes and ergonomics training

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and present suggestions for improvement

• Recognizing common physical or psychosocial problems as well as counseling and preventive treatment

What you’ll bring:

• Valid qualification in physiotherapy or sports therapy • Very good written and spoken German and English skills

• Sound physiotherapeutic knowledge and skills; Experience in occupational physiotherapy is an advantage

• Ability to work independently on site

• Strong communication skills in dealing with customers and stakeholders as well as the ability to independently express complaints and suggestions for improvement
