Job Title: Fitness Coach

Location: Biberach, Germany

About the role:

High Five is pleased to partner with Boehringer to create active spaces and well-being services for thousands of employees in Germany. Our fitness coaches are the first point of contact for Boehringer employees, take the time to understand their needs and accompany them on their way to greater well-being.

Your responsibilities:

• Implementation of intervention programs for Boehringer as part of workplace health promotion

• 360° support on the training area

• Offering preventive and sports therapy support to our members

• Conducting courses – both digitally and on-site

• Support for health days and events for workplace health promotion

• Collaboration in project work

• Participation in the development of new concepts and innovations

What you’ll bring:

• Valid trainer B license

• Study or training background in the field of sports science (e.g. sports & rehabilitation coach, sports scientist, health economics, sports and gymnastics teacher or comparable qualifications)

• Enjoyment of working with people

• Energy and enthusiasm to motivate others to achieve their goals

• Flexibility, commitment and loyalty

• Confident appearance when presenting and guiding groups in fitness and health courses

• Excellent written and spoken German skills

• English language skills at least at level B1
