Job Title: Fitness Trainer

Location: Wörth am Rhein, Germany

About the role:

High Five Health Promotion is proud to support the employees of a global commercial vehicle manufacturing center based in Wörth am Rhein. Our goal is to guide our client's employees through fitness and wellbeing offerings, and to ensure that both corrective and preventive actions are taken to promote a healthy and happy workforce.

Your responsibilities:

• Implementation of intervention programmes within the framework of workplace health promotion

• 360° support on the training area

• Preventive and sports therapeutic support for our members

• Implementation of courses – both digitally and on-site

• Support for health days and events for workplace health promotion

• Collaboration in project work

• Support in the development of new concepts and innovations

What you’ll bring:

• Valid trainer B license

• Training or studies in the field of sports science (e.g. sports and rehabilitation trainer, sports scientist, health economist, sports and gymnastics teacher or comparable qualifications)

• Enjoyment of working with people

• Energy and enthusiasm to motivate others to achieve their goals

• Flexibility, commitment and loyalty

• Confident appearance when presenting and guiding groups in fitness and health courses

• Excellent written and spoken German skills

• English language skills at least at level B1
